Excellent timing :-) I just currently experiencing xwiki to create a blog / informative wiki. Do you have kept track of what is required to do a standard setup?
Hi Henri! Cool that you're interested in trying out XWiki. I'm about to blog about using XWiki as a blog system in 1 or 2 weeks since we'll be releasing a new blog application that you can use on your wiki.
Re comments, yes it's a pain and we're working on fixing this. Right now we could allow non registered users to comment but then we get too much spam. We need to introduce captcha or plug-in a system like Akismet.
